Core-middle-periphery network model for China banking system

The banking system could be mapped by the network model to generate structural properties of evolution dynamics. In this study, we empirically investigate China bank from 2008 2019 where banks and lending relationships are set as nodes links. By introducing middle layer into core–periphery (CP) model, present core–middle–periphery (CMP) belonging core fully connected ones connect periphery layer. Compared with traditional CP reconstruction error CMP is decreased 64% compared one obtained transition stability probability enhanced greatly. This work helpful for deeply understanding system.
